Downloads of scores and parts are available free of charge on the following conditions:

1. Any the works may be performed privately or publicly without paying a royalty direct to the composer, but we ask that you contact us to let us know about your event.

2. In any performance or recording of the works, you must clearly credit the composer and you must refer to this website ("www.nathanwilliamson.com").

3. You may photocopy scores and parts as may be necessary for use in performance. However, you may not publish this material (i.e., reproduce the material and sell or otherwise distribute the material) without the prior written permission of the composer.

4. You are welcome to record any of the works, but such recordings may not be sold without permission of the composer.

5. Ownership of and all rights associated with the scores, parts, and compositions remain with the composer at all times.

6. If you perform or broadcast any of these works, please let the composer know. If any are recorded, please let the composer have a copy.
